'With over ten years of experience in recruitment, over a wide array of sectors and organisations I am really excited to be joining SaluteMyJob as a Senior Account Manager.  Joining a leading Social Enterprise providing consultancy, recruitment and assessment services to employers that are committed to supporting the Armed Forces and hiring ex-Service men and women presents an exciting evolution in my recruitment career . 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I take pride in providing a true partnership solution with hiring managers and stakeholders to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates for various roles across various organisations. I have previous Defence industry experience and hold an associate membership of CIPD, as well as the L5 CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management, giving me the foundation to provide a quality driven recruitment service to our clients looking at hiring from the Armed Forces community.

I am an expert in using my skills in candidate generation, job postings, rate negotiation, and employer branding to deliver a positive, efficient and seamless recruitment process for our clients. I am also a self-confessed people-geek who believes in working hard and being nice to people and am passionate about finding the best talent for our clients in the right ways and supporting SaluteMyJob's goals and aims.

Outside of work, my three primary passions are food, music, and sports. You'll often find me in the kitchen crafting something delicious, at a live gig unwinding, or actively engaged in watching or playing sports—although not necessarily in that order! These aspects of my personal life reflect the same level of dedication and enthusiasm that I bring to my professional life at SaluteMyJob!'
