Russ joined Arcanum in 2014 to oversee the day to day running of the company, and has doubled the size and turnover of the company year on year. Prior to Arcanum, Russ was an Army Officer; culminated with roles as a Brigade Commander responsible for all Army activity in Wales, in a senior NATO role in Iraq and, lastly, as Deputy Director, Strategy, Policy and Plans at United States Central Command. He applies a disciplined strategic view of long-term company planning combined with a pragmatic approach to tailoring solutions and solving day to day challenges. Away from work he is chairman of a military charity and an advocate for, and patron of, the Army Cadet Force.
