Installation site manager

Role summary

Our client is looking for an ambitious and thorough installation site manager, preferably SSSTS or SMSTS qualified to be responsible for surveying new projects, overseeing site coordination, project overview in the client’s workshops and dealing with installation teams during site works as part of its luxury bespoke interiors business..

Key responsibilities

  • Management, coordination and administration of the company’s project site installations to include compliance to all processes and procedures and ensuring the smooth running of the site alongside contractor compliance.

  • Reporting changes in project margins and variations to relevant managers.

  • Attending GWE, project QC and set-up meetings if the installation manager is unavailable.

  • Install projects within their quoted budgets and complete, store and communicate project information where necessary.

  • Ensure project tasks are completed accurately and in allowed time frames to complete on time and within budget.



Key requirements

  • SSSTS or SMSTS qualified or willing to become qualified through company training (Desirable)

  • Experience of working on a live installation site and cabinet installation experience. (Desirable)

  • Thorough and attentive to detail, with the ability to work well under pressure

  • Ambitious and with excellent communication and organisational skills

  • An enthusiastic, hard-working team player

  • Good negotiation and IT skills
