The Associate Technical Support Engineer provides front-line support to corporate customers, utilising knowledge, tools and resources to help customers overcome product issues and achieve the outcomes they need to secure their business. You own the issues – right from the start and see it through to a conclusion – building rapport with the customer and with colleagues across different teams needed to help reach resolutions.
