Systems Administration Support

Location: Weybridge
Salary: Up to £27,000 depending on experience

Role Summary

Are you ex-military with an ambition to work in systems? If so, we have the job for you. Our client is looking to the ex-military talent pool to fulfil a Systems Administration Support role. The successful applicant will be the first level of hardware and application support for all field based pen tablet users. The role will also be responsible for the planning, implementation and support visits and activities across all channels.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service/support experience or relevant military experience

  • Experience in a helpdesk/contact centre environment would be advantageous

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Experience of database administration is essential and a knowledge of the Siebel system is advantageous

  • Keen interest in working with systems

  • Highly numerate and accurate with excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritising and handling multiple tasks

  • Good initiative and a positive ‘can do’ attitude

  • Well-developed range of interpersonal and communication skills

  • A team worker

  • Able to work overtime at short notice occasionally

  • Be prepared to travel within the UK regularly and internationally occasionally

  • Monday - Thursday 8.00 am - 4.15 pm / 8.15 am 2.00pm finish on Fridays
