One of the UK’s leading wealth management companies is looking for self-motivated Service leavers or veterans looking to start their own financial advice business. They are offering, in partnership with SaluteMyJob, a two year career change programme.
The opportunity is for former Service men and women to take part in an intensive training programme that will equip you to set up your own financial advice business. No previous experience of giving personal financial advice is needed.
The programme is particularly well suited to former NCOs, senior NCOs and Officers with experience of building relationships with others. The training will take place in one of four regional academies.
By the end of the training you will not only be a qualified financial advisor, you will also be given all the skills required to build and run your own business. You’ll have the autonomy to control your own diary and manage your time as you choose to; whether it means taking the children to school in the morning or having extended summer breaks.
You will also be provided with ongoing business development support to help you grow your business.
We are looking for individuals from the Armed Forces who have the necessary personal attributes, characteristics and potential to start and run their own business, as well as passing all the necessary professional exams to gain the Diploma in Financial Regulated Planning. The key qualities we are looking for are:
