Role Summary

Are you good with people and interested in applying your military training and experience to the fast growing world of information security? In this dynamic and interesting client-facing role you will consult with clients to understand their security needs, focused on information security, and help build Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) solutions to customers.

The role is particularly suited to those with an interest in technology look for a new career in cyber security and have completed SaluteMyJob’s QRadar, i2 Analyst Notebook or Resilient courses or similar training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the customers business and technical requirements.

  • Provide technical sales support.

  • Engage with people at all levels within the customers organisation identify the best solution for them.

  • Engage closely with customers to become their trusted advisor.

  • Collaborate to define, design and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of your proposed solution.

  • Present and demonstrate your solutions to the customer.

  • Write responses to customer proposal requests.

  • Define and deliver Proof of Concepts.

  • Develop technical guidance.

Experience & skills

  • Experience and track record in a Technical Sales role.

  • Cyber Security experience in solutions and methodologies which may include SIEM, Log Management, Vulnerability Management, Network Monitoring, Threat Intelligence, Flow Analysis, User Behaviours, SOC.

  • Experience in technical solution design and architectures.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
