You will be given extensive training as part of our client’s development programme, starting by supporting the company’s operations and project work. As you gain knowledge and experience, you will transition into a fee-earning role as a consultant. For the right person, the role has significant growth potential in a client facing, consultancy and/ or business development capacity.

Project management of client assignments either alone or as part of a delivery team.
Projects may include business change, restructure, innovation development or capability building assignments.
Operating as chief of staff / project lead on key client assignments in the Cyber Sector.
Undertaking special assignments to help grow the business
Targeting, researching and establishing contact with prospective clients in the clients focus sectors.
Relationship development through 1:1 meetings, small group meetings and credentials briefings, events and ongoing engagement.
Generating bespoke proposals and getting them over the line.
Product / Service Development
Working alone or as part of a team to develop wholly new products and services for clients or on the continuous improvement of existing products.
Project Management skills, demonstrating the ability to manage complex, fast paced projects
Interpersonal and relationship management skills, including management of multiple stakeholders
Willingness to learn quickly and the ability to adapt to multiple and concurrent activities.
High levels of drive, sound administrative skills and rigorous self-discipline.
Proven ability to organise, plan, brief and lead teams (internal or external) to achieve a mission.
Strong emotional intelligence and relationship building skills.
A good communicator with the ability to take and analyse a brief and also to back-brief internally and externally.
