Junior Management Consultant

Location: London
Salary: circa. £40k per annum starting salary, with the potential to increase in line with fee-earning role.

You will be given extensive training as part of our client’s development programme, starting by supporting the company’s operations and project work. As you gain knowledge and experience, you will transition into a fee-earning role as a consultant. For the right person, the role has significant growth potential in a client facing, consultancy and/ or business development capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery

    • Project management of client assignments either alone or as part of a delivery team.

    • Projects may include business change, restructure, innovation development or capability building assignments.

    • Operating as chief of staff / project lead on key client assignments in the Cyber Sector.

    • Undertaking special assignments to help grow the business

Business Development

    • Targeting, researching and establishing contact with prospective clients in the clients focus sectors.

    • Relationship development through 1:1 meetings, small group meetings and credentials briefings, events and ongoing engagement.

    • Generating bespoke proposals and getting them over the line.

Product / Service Development

    • Working alone or as part of a team to develop wholly new products and services for clients or on the continuous improvement of existing products.

Holiday – 25 days plus statutory holidays
