Location: South Kensington, London.
Salary: £23,000 (Shift working)
This is an exciting position combining customer service with driving in and around the capital city in order to provide the best possible service to our client’s retail customers. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate two years driving experience.
Our client is London’s oldest independent car rental company offering the widest selection of vehicles to hire in the capital.
Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times
Check vehicles thoroughly before delivery and on collection
Validate customers and manage risk
Complete Rental Agreement in a legible manner making sure all essential information is captured,
Clearly explain all charges to the customers, to include refuelling charges and excess liability
Carefully explain return policy to all customers
Show customers around the vehicle and accurately fill in the VCR
Make sure all documents are signed in the correct place.
Make sure all vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and that appropriate paperwork is accurately completed.
Report any warning lights to Operations immediately
Contribute to a positive team environment
Undertake other tasks as requested by Shift Leader/Line Manager.
Full ability to build good rapport with and give excellent service to customers
Willingness to work flexibly to meet business and customer needs promptly and effectively
Strong team player
Full driving licence must have been held for at least two years
Must be aged 25 years and over
