Our client is seeking a Change Manager/Analyst to look at process review and improvement, with the aim of digitising the business. This is a great opportunity for an ex-military person with sound IT and analytical skills.
Over the past year, the business has been following a road map to digitisation to build a foundation for future years and harness the capability of the its data. The aim is to give competitive advantage, accuracy, efficiency and scalability so that the business can focus management time and costs elsewhere to add greater value.
UK focused real estate investment management company, which focuses on both creating and actively managing core assets for investors.
You will be responsible for all of the different data services ensuring delivery of up-to-date contracts, managing service providers and, where new services are required, for identifying the correct vendor and then implementing the chosen solution and associated business changes.
To build upon the existing foundations of the roadmap, the candidate will need to continue to:
Automate data entry and movement by reducing manual excel input and output processes.
Change processes so that all data inputs are in a machine readable format and improve processes so that clean and accurate data can be properly used within an original system and across multiple systems without the need for manual intervention.
Identify requirements for and implement a managed database solution.
Create client reporting capabilities over the top of the data repository: fact sheets, fund profiles, quarterly investment reports through a tool that has capabilities which support the business.
Create Business Intelligence/Management Information dashboards.
Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Project management experience is essential and experience of IT project management is highly desirable.
Proven track record of quality process improvement.
Strong IT skills.
Experience of defining, documenting and validating organisational requirements.
Experience of facilitating and supporting change.
