What to expect
Coaching, training and assessment programme
You’ll become equipped to provide a first class, professional and expert wealth management service to your clients.
No previous qualifications required.
Applicants will be selected based purely on their aptitude, attitude and natural ability.

Format of the programme
Initial 6-month intensive classroom based vocational study to gain qualifications
In the remaining 18 months, you’ll then gain real-world, hands-on work experience, earning money in a financial role, while completing the two-year course.
To help ease the transition and assist you with training, St. James’s Place offers funding to help cover your training period.
Throughout the programme, you will be paired with a mentor who will provide invaluable support at each step, helping you to develop the skills and experience you will need to build your own wealth management business.
You will graduate from the Academy as a fully-fledged Wealth Manager running your own business or working for an established Practice as an Adviser. You will also be provided with ongoing business development support to help you grow a successful business.
