Understanding Professional Services at PwC

PwC is an integral part of the UK’s highly successful professional and business support services sector. We work with over 25,000 clients to help them achieve their business aims, providing services such as audit and assurance, tax, legal, consulting and deals advice.

To provide this range of technical skills, industry knowledge and expertise, we need highly talented people. We employ over 18,000 people in 53 offices across the UK, Channel Islands and the Middle East. The unique leadership and operational skills that are honed through military service and training are extremely well regarded and highly transferrable into this corporate world. We have over 200 ex-military men and women working throughout the UK both in client facing and internal operational roles such as HR and Resourcing.

On the afternoon of Monday 5th June 2017 we are holding an event at our office in More London, 5 minutes walk from London Bridge station. Come along and find out more about PwC from Service leavers who have successfully made the transition. There will be representatives from across the firm and from a broad range of backgrounds – Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force, officers and other ranks – and an opportunity to network more informally with members of the PwC Military Network at the end of the session.

Comments from our last Insight Day:

“This was by far the most honest and useful of all the insight days I have attended over the last nine months, and I very much appreciated the time and effort taken by every guest speaker in assisting the Armed Forces community.”

“Thank you for arranging a comprehensive briefing afternoon for those in transition from the military. I certainly gained the further insight needed to reassure me that my skills and motivations are well placed for consulting.”

“I was really impressed by PwC, the scale of the organisation and the broad range of opportunities that the company can offer…I was left with no doubt that PwC is just the sort of company I should seriously consider.”
